To reap the most out of your 握手 profile, we recommend selecting the “Community” option. 然而, you’re free to select from the other privacy settings if you wish to further safeguard your personal information. Please keep in mind your intended audience and how you portray yourself on 握手 before choosing your privacy setting

We recommend that you update your notification preferences periodically according to your 职业生涯 interests. Selecting too few or too many options may prevent you from seeing exciting job and internship opportunities.

There are many strategies that you can use to identify and pursue opportunities with inclusive employers in 握手. 就业中心开发了一个标签系统来识别包容性雇主.
